A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
A 25% deposit is required for reservations of 3 night and more. A 100% deposit is required for one or two night reservations.
Reservation must be cancelled 21 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 8 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
Children up to 6 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent/guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night.
Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate additional guests, please change your reservation to reflect the total guests in a room. Additional fees will apply. Rollaway beds are available for an addition fee and limited to specific room types. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Effective 1nd January 2014, the Government has introduced a "No-Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
The hotel will report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of involvement in such activity. The hotel reserves the right to enter any area of the hotel, including guestrooms, should there be a reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect our property, staff, or guests are at risk.
All guests are expected to exhibit appropriate civil conduct while on our property and in our rooms. Public intoxication will not be tolerated on our property. Disrupting the guests’ experience with inappropriate behavior including harassment, offensive or insulting language or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property in addition to paying for any charges the hotel incurs as a result of the disruption.
